What a great venue. Delicious food and a massive selection of the best beers you can get, Belgian. Don't forget to ask what's in the secret cellar off the menu. The best is the gouden carolus classic which is my favourite dark beer. Had tapas food and was great. Definitely recommend! Ate in the place twice in 3 days.

Epic food. Brilliant staff. The proper Belgium experience. So much to look at whilst you’re eating, really authentic. You may have even converted me into a beer drinker! Just wish we could give more than 5 stars.

What a gem of a pub. Wonderful selection of beers and great food. All served with a warm welcome and smiles. If you’re visiting St Ives this is a must. Follow the signs along the coastline. Such a different vibe from the harbour bars and restaurants. Visited 3 times during our short stay in Carbis Bay.

Probably one of my favourite bars and I don’t drink!!!!! The food is outstanding, great coffee and waffles and the staff are really lovely. We just love the vibe here! Sundays are our favourite as they have live music on and Sunday dinner! What more could you want!

Terrific night at our favourite restaurant in St Ives. Super service, quality food and atmosphere. And the beers - amazing. Try the Kwak and give your shoe as a deposit

This was actually recommended to us by the taxi driver on the way into St Ives, on all our visits we have never found this, what have we been missing? Staff, atmosphere were fantastic, there were a few, husband involved, in putting your shoe in a basket when ordering a certain drink which is hoisted up and you get it back when you’re finished got the whole bar involved. We had the Croque Monsieur and Madame which were amazing! Would love to try the Tapas dishes but they’re closing tomorrow for ten days whilst they go to Belgium to taste for the next beers they will be serving. Amazing place and I’m sure you would need to book in busy season as it was really busy today. Amazing place

Went in for lunch for one. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good selection for Sunday including Roasts on a plank, and baguettes filled with meat, gravy, frites on top and sides which I had. Extensive selection of Belgian beers with guest biers available. Good atmosphere with musician playing Sunday afternoons. All in all a very pleasant experience and could have stayed longer just looking at the decorated walls and ceiling.
